The·Team, formerly known as Wasserman, is a leading global sports, music, and entertainment company that provides representation and marketing services to talent, brands, and properties. During my senior spring, I worked remotely on the Brands & Properties team within Creator & Brand Partnerships, supporting campaigns across clients including Samsung, Meta, Google Gemini, and Google IQ. My role focused on creator sourcing, campaign support, and strategic research, helping connect brands with talent in ways that felt both culturally relevant and impactful.

Creator Sourcing

Sourced creators for both long-term campaigns and one-off activations by closely aligning with each client’s specific goals, audience, and creative direction. Leveraged platform insights and cultural trends to identify talent that felt authentic to the brand, ensuring strong alignment across content style, engagement, and overall campaign fit.

Creator IQ (CIQ)

Utilized CreatorIQ to analyze engagement rates, audience demographics, and performance metrics to inform creator selection. Leveraged the platform’s search tools to identify talent within specific niches based on each client brief, ensuring data-backed decisions that aligned with both brand goals and audience fit.
