SEVEN LETTER
Seven Letter is a Boston-based strategic communications firm specializing in bipartisan public affairs, public relations, crisis management, digital strategy, and corporate engagement. As a Public Relations & Strategic Communications Intern, I supported client work by drafting press releases, conducting research, and managing social media calendars. I also gained hands-on experience staffing press desks at large-scale events, including a major pop culture convention and a media opening. Beyond execution, I participated in client meetings to help address business challenges and develop tailored communications solutions, strengthening my skills in project management, media monitoring, and strategic communications.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
At Seven Letter, I drafted press releases for multiple client teams, tailoring messaging to different industries and audiences. This work strengthened my writing skills and gave me firsthand experience in shaping narratives that align with client goals and media expectations. I also contributed to managing client social media calendars, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
RESEARCH
I conducted extensive media monitoring and compiled press clippings to track coverage for clients across healthcare, corporate, and event sectors. By organizing and presenting these findings in client-ready reports, I provided valuable insights that helped measure campaign impact and informed strategic communications decisions.
FANEXPO
FAN EXPO Boston (formerly Boston Comic Con) was one of the client teams I supported during my time at Seven Letter. In the lead-up to the convention, I helped draft press releases for a series of promotional events designed to build excitement and community engagement, including a Superhero Visit at Boston Children’s Hospital. During the main convention, I worked at the press desk, coordinating with media outlets, managing credentials, and overseeing on-site logistics to ensure smooth event coverage. This experience enhanced my ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments while representing both the client and agency with professionalism and attention to detail.
